12 लाख लोगों की स्क्रीनिंग करने 1600 टीमें करेंगी टीबी रोगी की खोज
- 20 चैम्पियन जुड़ेंगे टीबी को हराने अभियान में 1 से 31 जनवरी 2021 तक
दुर्ग, 30 दिसम्बर 2020। टीबी मुक्त छत्तीसगढ़ बनाने के लिए जिले में तीन चरणों में टीबी रोगी खोज अभियान 1 से 31 जनवरी 2021 तक चलाया जाएगा। इस अभियान के तहत शहरी क्षेत्रों में उच्च जोखिम क्षेत्र में कच्ची बस्ती, जिला कारागृह, वृद्धा आश्रम, निर्माणाधीन श्रमिक, रेन बसेरा, एड्स मरीज, छात्रावास, अनाथ आश्रम और ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में उच्च जोखिम क्षेत्र खदान, क्रेशर, घनी आबादी, दूर-दराज के क्षेत्र, टीबी के पूर्व रोगी एवं कुपोषित क्षेत्र में घर-घर सर्वे होगा। अभियान में पहली बार 20 टीबी चैम्पियन को भी जोड़ा जाएगा जिन्होंने टीबी को हराकर पूरी अब स्वस्थ्य जीवन व्यतीत कर रहे हैं।
जिला क्षय रोग अधिकारी डॉ. अनिल कुमार शुक्ला के नेतृत्व में टीबी रोगी की खोज के लिए जांच कर शतप्रतिशत नोटिफिकेशन की जाएगी। जांच में टीबी के लक्षण मिलने पर बलगम के साथ-साथ कोरोना की जांच की जाएगी। उन्होंने बताया अभियान के तहत लोगों को सावधानियाँ बताते हुए जागरूक किया जाएगा। इस अभियान में टीबी के साथ एड्स के रोगियों की भी पहचान की जाएगी। जिले की शहरी मलिन बस्तियों में घर-घर जाकर, खदान, औद्योगिक इकाइयों के श्रमिकों के लिए टीबी खोज अभियान का कार्ययोजना तैयार करने आगामी 4 जनवरी को जिला स्तरीय बैठक आयोजित किया जाएगा। राज्य क्षय अधिकारी द्वारा वीडियो कान्फ्रेंस में 28 दिसम्बर को निर्देश दिया गया है। कलेक्टर डॉ. सर्वेश्वर नरेंद्र भूरे के मार्गदर्शन में टीबी खोज अभियान सम्पूर्ण जिले में चलाने के लिए कार्ययोजना तैयार कर शतप्रतिशत क्षय रोगियों की खोज की जाएगी। खोजी टीम लोगों से अपील करेगा की इस रोग को छिपाएं नहीं उसका इलाज कराएं। इलाज से टीबी की बीमारी पूरी तरह से ठीक हो सकती है। टीम के लिए माइक्रो प्लानिंग कर ब्लॉक, प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र, गाँव, पारा, जनसंख्या, टार्गेट एरिया, टार्गेटेड जनसंख्या, टीम की मेंबर के नाम की रिपोर्ट तैयार की जाएगी।
सीएमएचओ डॉ गम्भीर सिंह ठाकुर ने बताया, प्रथम चरण 1 जनवरी से शुरु होने जा रहे टीबी खोज अभियान में एक सप्ताह सघन प्रचार-प्रसार किया जाना है। इस अभियान में आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकर्ता, मितानिन, आरएमए, टीबी चैम्पियन एवं राष्ट्रीय क्षय रोग उन्मूलन कार्यक्रम (एनटीईपी) कर्मचारी की डयूटी लगाई जाएगी। टीबी के लक्षणों के आधार पर संभावित मरीजों की जांच के लिए 1600 खोजी टीम गठित किया जाना है। टीबी के संदेहास्पद मरीज पाये जाने पर निशुल्क एक्सरे जांच, सेंपल कलेक्शन एवं ट्रांसपोर्टेशन मेकेनिसम का उपयोग करते हुए स्पूटम परीक्षण एवं सीबी नॉट जांच कारवाई जाएगी। जिले में वर्ष 2018 में 3608 टी बी के मरीज थे जबकि वर्ष 2020 में 2886 मरीज पाए गए। टीम द्वारा घर–घर जाकर करीब 12 लाख लोगों की स्क्रीनिंग करेंगी। जबकि गत वर्ष टीबी खोज अभियान में 1043 संदिग्ध लोगों की पहचान कर जांच में 90 टीबी से ग्रसित नए मरीज मिले थे। उन्होंने बताया जिले के प्रत्येक प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र स्तर पर एक एनटीईपी कर्मचारी एवं एक स्वास्थ्य सुपरवाइजर द्वारा अभियान पर्यवेक्षक के रूप में निगरानी करेंगे। अभियान के दौरान संभावित टीबी मरीज का स्पॉट सेंपल लेकर डीएमसी उसी दिन भिजवाने की व्यवस्था की जाएगी| सुबह के खखार के लिए संभावित टीबी के मरीज को स्पूटम कंटेनर एवं रेफरल स्लिप देकर नजदीकी स्वास्थ्य केंद्र भेजना होगा| इस अभियान में सभी निजी चिकित्सकों, नर्सिंग होम संचालकों, प्रयोगशालाओं में क्षय रोग नियंत्रण कार्यक्रम से जुड़े कर्मचारी संपर्क करने के साथ-साथ क्षय रोगों के बारे में जानकारी हासिल करेंगे।
