कांटाबांजी विधानस•ाा चुनाव को रद्द करने के लिए हाईकोर्ट में मामला दायर
कांटाबांजी। विधानसभा चुनाव में गड़बड़ी को लेकर हाईकोर्ट में मामला दायर किया गया है। बलांगीर के रूपेश कुमार बेहेरा एवं भुवनानंद महांति की ओर से दायर की गई इस मामले में • भारतीय चुनाव आयोग (ईसी), राज्य मुख्य चुनाव अधिकारी एवं कांटाबांजी विधानसभा चुनाव क्षेत्र के रिटर्निंग आफिसर को पक्षभुक्त किया गया है। आवेदनकारी ने दर्शाया है कि 18 अप्रैल 2019 को कांटाबांजी में मतदान हुआ था। इसके अगले दिन 19 अप्रैल को रिटर्निंग आफिसर द्वारा कांटाबांजी विधानसभा सीट के लिए चुनाव लड़ने वाले सभी प्रत्याशियों को भेजी गई व्हाट्सआप मैसेज में बताया गया था कि इस चुनाव क्षेत्र में 1 लाख 82 हजार 411 लोगों ने मतदान किया है । यह तथ्य सभी मीडिया प्रतिनिधियों को भी दिया गया था। यही समान तथ्य चुनाव आयोग के वेबसाइट में भी उपलब्ध था।
इसके बाद 23 मई को कांटाबांजी विधानसभा सीट के लिए मतगणना की गई। जबकि मतगणना के समय ईवीएम में 1 लाख 91 हजार 77 मतदाताओं द्वारा मतदान किए जाने की बात पता चली। चुनाव के बाद रिटर्निंग आफिसर द्वारा दिए गए तथ्य एवं मतगणना के समय ईवीएम में मिले आंकड़े पूरी तरह अलग हैं। किन हालात में ईवीएम में मतगणना की संख्या बढ़ गई है इसका जवाब किसी के पास नहीं है। इसको लेकर आवेदनकारी ने व्यक्तिगत रूप से रिटर्निंग आफिसर के पास इसकी शिकायत की थी, परंतु रिटर्निंग आॅफिसर द्वारा शिकायत ग्रहण न किए जाने की बात दर्शायी गई है। आवेदनकारी ने दर्शाया है कि मतदान के बाद चुनाव आयोग की वेबसाइट में प्रदान किए गए तथ्य के अनुसार कांटाबांजी विधानसभा सीट के लिए हुए चुनाव में 1 लाख 82 हजार 411 मतदाताओं ने मतदान किया था। जबकि मतगणना के समय और अधिक 8 हजार 666 वोट मिलने की बात कहे जाना स्वीकार योग्य नहीं है। इन हालात में इस पूरे मामले की सीबीआई जांच की जानी चाहिए। साथ ही कांटाबांजी विधानस•ाा चुनाव को रद्द घोषित करने सहित दोबारा चुनाव कराने का निर्देश देने का अनुरोध किया गया है। आवेदनकारी की ओर से अधिवक्ता अश्विनी कुमार दास मामले की पैरवी कर रहे हैं। वहीं दूसरी ओर इस सिलसिले में रूपेश द्वारा शुक्रवार को हाईकोर्ट में आवेदन किए जाने के बाद फोन पर उन्हें जान से मारने की धमकी मिलने की शिकायत हुई है। गौरतलब है कि कांटाबांजी विधानसभा सीट पर जीत हासिल कर कांग्रेस के संतोष सिंह सलूजा विधायक चुने गए हैं।
