मैनपुर के बिहड़ पहाड़ी के ग्रामों में पेयजल उपलब्ध कराने पहुंचे राजधानी रायपुर से लोक स्वास्थ्य यांत्रिकी विभाग के मुख्य अभियंता कुल्हाड़ीघाट के दौरे पर

मैनपुर – राजधानी रायपुर से आज मंगलवार को लोक स्वास्थ्य यांत्रिकी विभाग के मुख्य अभियंता श्री एस के साहू, अधीक्षण अभियंता रायपुर मंडल श्री डी एल लखेरा एवं गरियाबंद कार्यपालन अभियंता श्री पी एस कतलम दोपहर को तहसील मुख्यालय मैनपुर पहुंचे और मैनपुर से दूरस्थ वनांचल मे बसे पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री राजीव गांधी के गोदग्राम कुल्हाड़ीघाट कठवा, बेसराझर, गंवरमुड़, भाताडिग्गी पहुंचकर पेयजल व्यवस्था की जानकारी लिया साथ ही ग्राम पंचायत कुल्हाड़ीघाट मे सरपंच एवं ग्रामीणो के साथ एक बैठक लेकर पेयजल समस्या के संबंध मे। विस्तार से पूछा जिस पर ग्राम पंचायत कुल्हाड़ीघाट के सरपंच धनमोतिन सोरी एवं कमार समाज के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष बनसिंग सोरी ने राजधानी रायपुर से पहुंचे।
अफसरो को बताया कि कुल्हाड़ीघाट ग्राम पंचायत के बिहड़ पहाड़ी के ऊपर बसे कमार जनजाति ग्राम मटाल, कुर्वापानी, ताराझर मे पेयजल की गंभीर समस्या है यहां अब तक एक हैंडपंप नहीं लगा है। ग्रामीण झरिया का पानी पीकर प्यास बुझाने मजबूर हो रहे है साथ ही नदी नाले सूख जाने से अपने पालतू मवेशियो को पहाड़ी से नीचे अपने रिश्तेदारो के यहा गर्मी के दिनो मे छोड़ देते है और बारिश मे फिर वापस खेती किसानी के लिए ले जाते है। ग्रामीणों ने इन ग्रामो मे पेयजल उपलब्ध कराने की मांग की जिस पर अधिकारियों ने ग्रामीणों से पूछा कि वाहन हैंडपंप खनन के लिए पहाड़ी ग्रामो मे कैसे पहुंचाई जायेगी तो ग्रामीणो ने अफसरो को बताया ओड़िशा के रास्ते वाहन इन ग्रामों में पहुंच सकती है और हम सभी ग्रामीण इन गांवो मे वाहन पहुंचाने के लिए सहयोग करेंगे कच्चे रास्ता को मरम्मत कर वाहन पहुंचायेंगे ग्रामीणो के द्वारा अफसरो को वाहन पहुंचाने मे पूरी सहयोग करने की बात कही गई है जिस पर पीएचई विभाग के राजधानी रायपुर से पहुंचे मुख्य अभियंता श्री एस के साहू ने एक सप्ताह के भीतर इन ग्रामो मे हैंडपंप खनन करवाकर जल्द ही पेयजल की स्थाई व्यवस्था करने का भरोसा दिलाया है साथ ही पूरे कुल्हाड़ीघाट पंचायत क्षेत्र मे जहां भी पेयजल की समस्या है उसे जल्द दूर करने की बात कही है।
लोक स्वास्थ्य यांत्रिकी विभाग द्वारा राजीव गांधी गोदग्राम विशेष पिछड़ी जनजाति कमार ग्राम कुल्हाड़ीघाट, ग्राम पंचायत मैनपुर, हरदीभाठा, मैनपुरकला मे पेयजल उपलब्ध कराने के लिए 491.98 लाख रूपये स्वीकृत कर कार्य आदेश जारी किया गया है जिसमे कुल्हाड़ीघाट के साथ तहसील मुख्यालय मैनपुर नया ओवर हैड टैंक, पेयजल सप्लाई के लिए नया पाइप लाईन के साथ हरदीभाठा और मैनपुरकला मे पेयजल आपूर्ति के लिए लगभग 5 करोड़ रूपये की भारी भरकम राशि जारी किया है और आज बकायदा राजधानी रायपुर से लोक स्वास्थ्य यांत्रिकी विभाग के अफसर मैनपुर कुल्हाड़ीघाट पहुंचकर कार्य प्रारंभ होने से पहले निरीक्षण किये है तथा जल्द ही कार्य प्रारंभ करवाने की बात कही है।
कार्यपालन अभियंता श्री पी एस कतलम ने बताया
लोक स्वास्थ्य यांत्रिकी विभाग के कार्यपालन अभियंता गरियाबंद श्री पी एस कतलम ने बताया आज राजधानी रायपुर से मुख्य अभियंता श्री एस के साहू, अधीक्षण अभियंता रायपुर मंडल श्री डी एल लखेरा एवं विभाग के अफसर मैनपुर और कुल्हाड़ीघाट पहुंचकर पेयजल उपलब्ध कराने के लिए ग्रामीणो से चर्चा किया गया है। ग्रामीणो के मंशा अनुसार पेयजल उपलब्ध कराया जायेगा और टेंडर प्रक्रिया पूर्ण कर लिया है इन ग्रामो मे जलजीवन मिशन योजना के तहत 9 माह के भीतर शुद्ध पेयजल उपलब्ध कराने पूरे कार्य को पूर्ण किया जायेगा। श्री कतलम ने आगे बताया मैनपुर विकासखण्ड क्षेत्र मे जहां भी पेयजल की समस्या है सभी जगह तत्काल व्यवस्था मे सुधार किया जा रहा है विभाग की जिम्मेदारी है कि ग्रामीणो को शुद्ध पेयजल उपलब्ध करायेंगे।
