रेलवे की मेहरबानी से ठेकेदार की मनमानी, स्टेशन में बढ़ी परेशानी

राउरकेला। रेलवे की मेहरबानी से ठेकेदार की मनमानी इस कदर बढ़ गयी है कि इसका खामियाजा राउरकेला स्टेशन आने वाले यात्री छह महीने से भुगत रहे।मरम्मत के नाम पर छह माह से काम चल रहा है और यहां से 2-3 व 4 – 5 नम्बर प्लेट फार्म पर जाना बंद है, इसे लेकर यात्रियों में रोष है और रेलवे के उच्च अधिकारियों से हस्तक्षेप की मांग की जा रही है।
राउरकेला स्टेशन में झारसुगुड़ा छोर पर स्थित फुट ओवरब्रिज में मरम्मत का काम चल रहा हैएजिससे इस छोर के पुल से प्लेटफार्म नंबर एक से प्लेटफार्म नंबर दो से पांच तक जाने का रास्ता बंद हो गया है। उसी प्रकार स्टेशन के सेकेंड इंट्री गेट की ओर से भी प्लेटफार्म चार व पांच से प्लेटफार्म नंबर तीनए दो व एक तक जाने का रास्ता भी बंद हो गया है। यहां काम प्रगति पर होने से पुल बंद होने की सूचना तो लगी है, लेकिन डायवर्सन की सूचना न होने के साथ बंडामुंडा छोर पैदल पुल से होकर सभी प्लेटफार्म तक जाने की सुविधा के बारे में एनाउंसमेंट भी न होना यात्रियों के लिये परेशानी का सबब बना है।
पार्सल वझारसुगुड़ा छोर का पैदल पुल बंद होने के बारे में स्टेशन में व्यापक प्रचार।प्रसार की व्यवस्था न होने से अलग।अलग ट्रेनों से आना-जाना करने वाले यात्रियों को परेशानी हो रही है। किसी ट्रेन की एक नंबर को छोड़कर बाकी चार में से किसी प्लेटफार्म में आने की घोषणा होती है तो उक्त ट्रेन का इंतजार करने वाले यात्री सामान व परिवार के साथ झारसुगुड़ा छोर के पैदल पुल की तरफ रवाना होते हैं।एनाउंसमेंट न होने के कारण इस छोर का पुल बंद होने का पता भी नहीं चलता है। पास जाने से पुल बंद होने का बोर्ड देखते हैं तो पता चलता है कि यह तो बंद है। लेकिन अन्य प्लेटफार्म जाने के लिए बंडामुंडा छोर पैदल पुल से जाने को लेकर डायवर्सन की सूचना भी नहीं है। जिससे इन यात्रियों की परेशानी और बढ़ जाती है तथा ट्रेन खुल जाने का डर भी सताता रहता है।जिसके बाद किसी तरह से पूछताछ करने के बाद हांफते हुए व दौड़ते हुए बंडामुंडा छोर पैदल पुल की दौड़ लगाते हैं, ण्प्लेटफार्म नंबर चार व पांच पर उतरने वाले यात्रियों को तो और भी परेशानी होती है। वैसे यहां पर भी प्लेटफार्म नंबर चार व पांच में झारसुगुड़ा छोर के पैदल पुल से होकर 03,03 व एक नंबर प्लेटफार्म का रास्ता बंद होने का बोर्ड भी लगाया गया है, लेकिन यह पुल बंद होने का एनाउंसमेंट न होने से अधिकांश यात्री सामान के साथ सीढ़ी चढ़कर ऊपर जाते हैंए पुल बंद होने का पता चलने पर फिर नीचे उतरकर बंडामुंडा छोर के पैदल पुल की ओर जाते हैं।
