समाज कल्याण घोटाला: केंद्रीय मंत्री रेणुका सिंह पर गिर सकती है गाज, 1000 करोड़ घोटाला मामला,विधिक सेल से मांगा अभिमत

रायपुर, छत्तीसगढ़ के रमन सरकार दौरान हुए समाज कल्याण विभाग में 1000 करोड़ के घोटाले में हाइकोर्ट ने सीबीआई को जांच के निर्देश दिए गए हैं। अब कभी भी समाज कल्याण विभाग में सीबीआई दबिश दे सकती है। सीबीआई केंद्रीय मंत्री श्रीमती रेणुका सिंह पर एफआईआर दर्ज करने विधिक सेल से अभिमत मांगा है। सीबीआई ने विधिक सेल को हाईकोर्ट की कॉपी भेजा है।
वहीं छत्तीसगढ़ में 1000 करोड़ घोटला मामले में सीबीआई ने केंद्रीय मंत्री रेणुका सिंह को फस्ट पार्टी बनाकर दो पूर्व मुख्य सचिव विवेक ढाँढ, सुनील कुजूर, पूर्व अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव एम.के. राउत सहित कई आईएएस अधिकारियों पर एफआईर दर्ज करने की तैयारी में है।
बता दें कि इस मामले में हाईकोर्ट ने 30 जनवरी को फैसला सुनाते हुए सीबीआई को 1 सप्ताह के भीतर आरोपियों के ख़िलाफ़ एफआईआर दर्ज करने के निर्देश दिए थे।लिहाजा कोर्ट के निर्देशों का पालन करते हुए सीबीआई अगले तीन दिनों के भीतर कभी भी एफआईआर कर सकती है।
फिलहाल इन तमाम परस्थितियों के बीच केंद्रीय मंत्री रेणुका सिंह मुश्किल में नज़र आ रही है। अगर एफआईआर हुआ तो उनका मंत्री पद खतरे में पड़ सकता है। वहीं विवेक ढाँढ, सुनील कुजूर, एम.के. राउत की भी छुट्टी हो सकती है जबकि वर्तमान आईएएस अधिकारियों पर भी गाज गिर सकती है।
मैं सीबीआई जाँच के लिए तैयार रेणुका सिंह ने कहा कि इस घोटाले में उनकी कहीं भी संलिप्ता नहीं है। क्योंकि वह 2004 में सिर्फ़ 18 महीने के लिए समाज कल्याण विभाग मंत्रालय की मंत्री थीं।जबकि यह घोटाला 2010 की बताई जा रही है। ऐसे में उनके जो आरोप लगाए जा रहे हैं वह गलत है। मैं सीबीआई जाँच के लिए तैयार हूँ।सीबीआई पूछताछ के लिए बुलाती है।तो मैं जरूर अपना बयान दर्ज कराउंगी।
