कक्षा पहली से 8वीं तक के शिक्षक और शाला प्रमुख को दिया जाएगा ऑनलाइन प्रशिक्षण
स्कूल शिक्षा विभाग द्वारा ’निष्ठा’ ऑनलाइन प्रशिक्षण का आयोजन 26 अक्टूबर से प्रारंभ होगा। प्रशिक्षण में कक्षा पहली से 8वीं तक के शिक्षक और शाला प्रमुख शामिल होंगे। स्कूल शिक्षा विभाग के प्रमुख सचिव डॉ. आलोक शुक्ला ने निष्ठा ऑनलाइन प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम आयोजन के संबंध में समस्त कलेक्टरों को निर्देश जारी किए है। जिलों में 26 अक्टूबर से पूर्व निष्ठा प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम में शामिल होने के लिए कक्षा पहली से 8वीं तक के सभी शिक्षकों का ऑनलाइन पंजीयन दीक्षा एप में अनिवार्य रूप से पूर्ण कराना सुनिश्चित करें।
जिला कलेक्टरों को जारी निर्देश में कहा गया है कि स्कूल शिक्षा विभाग भारत सरकार की गाइडलाइन अनुसार कक्षा पहली से 8वीं तक के समस्त शिक्षकों और शाला प्रमुखों को एनसीईआरटी द्वारा निर्धारित 18 माड्यूल पर निष्ठा ऑनलाइन प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया जाना है।
कक्षा पहली से 8वीं तक के छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य के एक लाख 34 हजार 599 शिक्षकों और शाला प्रमुखों का क्षमता संवर्धन और नेतृत्व करने के गुणों का विकास किया जाना है।
निष्ठा अंतर्गत शिक्षकों का ऑनलाइन पंजीयन दीक्षा पोर्टल पर प्रारंभ हुआ है। प्रत्येक 15 दिवस में 3 मॉड्यूल पर प्रशिक्षण शुरू किया जाएगा। इस प्रकार की सभी 18 मॉड्यूल के प्रशिक्षणों को तीन महीने में पूर्ण किया जाएगा। इसके बाद भी संबंधित शिक्षकों को निष्ठा अंतर्गत प्रशिक्षण पूर्णता का प्रमाण-पत्र के सफलतापूर्वक पूर्ण करने के उपरांत दीक्षा पोर्टल के माध्यम से जारी किया जाएगा। प्रत्येक मॉड्यूल के लिए भी पूर्णता प्रमाण पत्र दीक्षा पोर्टल के माध्यम से जारी किया जाएगा।
