हरिद्धार कुंभ जा रहे हैं तो कोरोना के पॉजीटिव रिपोर्ट लेकर जाइए… नहीं खाली हाथ वापस: हाईकोट
बुधवार को हाईकोर्ट ने एक और आदेश को रद्द करते हुए यह कह दिया कि हरिद्धार कुंभ में उन्हीं श्रद्धालुओं की एंट्री मिलेगी जिनके साथ कोरोना का पॉजीटिव रिपोर्ट होगा। उत्तराखंड हाईकोर्ट ने सीएम तीरथ सिंह रावत के आदेश को रद़द कर दिया है। अब हरिद्वार कुंभ में आने वाले लोगों को 72 घंटे पहले तक की कोविड 19 निगेटिव रिपोर्ट साथ लानी होगी। यह बात बुधवार को हाईकोर्ट के साथ हुई वीडियो कॉफ्रेंसिंग के बाद मुख्य सचिव ओमप्रकाश ने मीडिया से कही है। उन्होंने कहा कि कुंभ में आने वाले हर व्यक्ति को कोरोना की गाइडलाइन का पालन करना होगा। इसके लिए जगह जगह सेंटर बनाए गए जहां आपकी कोरोना रिपोर्ट चेक की जाएगी।
वहीं कोरोना की निगेटिव रिपोर्ट लाना अनिवार्य होगा। इसके साथ ही कुंभ आने वाले लोगों को एक और विकल्प दिया गया है। जिसके तहत वह कोरोना वैक्सीनेशन की सर्टिफिकेट भी दिखा सकते हैं। इसका मतलब अब आपको कुंभ में आने के लिए कोविड 19 की निगेटिव रिपोर्ट अथवा कोरोना वैक्सीनेशन का सर्टिफिकेट आवश्यक रूप से लाना होगा। कुंभ में आने की चाह रखने वालों के पास इन दोनों में से कोई एक दस्तावेज होना जरूरी है।
मुख्य सचिव
ओमप्रकाश ने कहा कि कुंभ के दौरान राज्य और केंद्र की गाइडलाइन का पालन
किया जाएगा। इसे लेकर उच्च न्यायालय के स्पष्ट आदेश हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि
बुधवार या गुरुवार को कुंभ को लेकर एसओपी भी जारी कर दी जाएगी। कोर्ट ने ये
भी आदेश दिए कि मुख्य सचिव ओम प्रकाश और सचिव स्वास्थ्य अमित नेगी को
हरिद्वार में ही रहना होगा। साथ ही वहां की व्यवस्थाओं पर नजर रखनी होगी।
कोर्ट के आगे सरकार भी हार मानकर उसके निर्देश का पालन करने के लिए
अधिकारियों को निर्देश कर दिया गया है। सरकार का कहना है कि जो गाइड लाइन
का पालन नहीं करेंगे उनके ऊपर कार्रवाई होगी।
