शनिवार को भले ही महाराष्ट्र में संक्रमण का कम आय हो लेकिन मौत का आंकड़ा भयावह है। इसी दौरान कांग्रेस सांसद राजीव सातव का रविवार को एक निजी अस्पताल में निधन हो गया। कुछ दिनों पहले ही वह कोविड से उबर गए थे। बाद में एक नया वायरल संक्रमण हो गया था और उनकी हालत गंभीर थी। सातव ( उम्र 46) की तबीयत बिगड़ने के बाद अस्पताल में उन्हें वेंटीलेटर पर रखा गया था, उनका जाना कांग्रेस के लिए बड़ा झटका है। कांग्रेस के तमाम नेता उनके निधन पर शोक व्यक्त कर रहे हैं। वे कांग्रेसी नेताओं के बहुत ही मिलनसार और अच्छे दोस्त थे। इसलिए सभी ने उनके निधन पर शोक व्यक्त करते हुए परिवार को सांत्वना दी है।
छत्तीसगढ़ के मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने भी ट्वीट कर दुख जाहिर किया है। उन्होंने लिखा ‘भारतीय युवा कांग्रेस के पूर्व राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष एवं राज्यसभा सांसद राजीव सातव के निधन की खबर से बेहद आहत हूँ। आज कांग्रेस पार्टी ने एक मजबूत स्तम्भ खोया है। ईश्वर उनके परिवार और चाहने वालों को हिम्मत दें।
राहुल गांधी ने ट्वीट कर कहा कि मुझे अपने दोस्त राजीव सातव के खोने का बहुत दुख है। वह विशाल क्षमता वाले नेता थे जिन्होंने कांग्रेस के आदर्शों को असली रूप दिया। यह हम सभी के लिए बहुत बड़ी क्षति है, उनके परिवार के प्रति मेरी संवेदना और प्यार। यह वायरस अब धीरे-धीरे देशभर में आंकड़ा कम हो रहा है लेकिन यह संक्रमण अचानक मरीजों के फेफड़े में पहुंचने से उनकी मौत की संख्या है बढ़ती जा रही है दूसरी लहर का वायरस वाकई में बहुत ही घातक है इसी से उबरने में देशवासियों को काफी समय लग सकता है।
