हाईकोर्ट से जमानत मिलने के 12 दिन बाद जेल से बाहर निकले राजद सुप्रीमो लालू प्रसाद यादव

रांची, पटना। 4 साल से चारा घोटाला मामले में सजा काट रहे लालू प्रसाद यादव के सामने तमाम मुसीबत आई। यह भी कयास लगाया जा रहा था कि चुनाव के दौरान की जमानत मिल सकती है लेकिन विपक्षी पार्टी बीजेपी नहीं चाह रहे थे क्योंकि उन्हें डर था कि लालू यादव जेल से रिहा हो गए बिहार में एक नई राजनीति का गठन हो सकती है। वह झारखंड के दुमका कोषागार में अवैध निकासी से जुड़े मामले में 19 मार्च 2018 से सजा काट रहे थे। बिहार में चारा घोटाला मामले में सजायाफ्ता सह राजद सुप्रीमो लालू प्रसाद यादव जेल से रिहा हो गए हैं। हाईकोर्ट से जमानत मिलने के 12 दिन बाद वह जेल से बाहर निकले हैं। वह झारखंड के दुमका कोषागार में अवैध निकासी से जुड़े मामले में 19 मार्च 2018 से सजा काट रहे थे।
मामले में सीबीआई के विशेष न्यायाधीश शिवपाल सिंह की अदालत ने लालू प्रसाद को दो धाराओं में सात-सात साल की सजा सुनायी थी। कोर्ट ने दोनों सजा को अलग-अलग काटने का निर्देश दिया था। इसी मामले में लालू प्रसाद जेल में थे। बता दें कि कोरोना महामारी के कारण स्टेट बार कौंसिल के निर्देश पर अधिवक्तागण अपने-आप को न्यायिक कार्य से अलग रखे हुए थे। बीते 28 अप्रैल को बार कौंसिल ऑफ इंडिया ने आदेश जारी किया कि वैसे मामले में जिनको ऊपरी अदालत ने जमानत की सुविधा दे दी है। निचली अदालत में बेल बॉंड भरने की अनुमित दी जाती है। अधिवक्ता या अधिवक्ता लिपिक को बेल बॉड भरने की छूट दी जाती है। इसी निर्देश के आलोक में बेल बॉड भरा गया। लालू के अधिवक्ता प्रभात कुमार ने जानकारी दी कि रिलीज ऑर्डर जेल चला गया। वहीं से एम्स दिल्ली पहुंच जाएगा, जहां लालू प्रसाद वर्तमान में इलाजरत हैं।
झारखंड हाईकोर्ट ने बीते 17 अप्रैल को मामले में जमानत की सुविधा प्रदान की थी, लेकिन अधिवक्ताओं के कार्य नहीं किए जाने के कारण बेल बॉड नहीं भरा जा सका था। बार कौंसिल ऑफ इंडिया के आदेश के बाद गुरुवार को लालू प्रसाद के पैरवीकार अधिवक्ता ने दो निजी मुचलके दाखिल किए, जिसे कोर्ट ने सही पाकर बिरसा मुंडा केन्द्रीय कारा होटवार के जेल अधीक्षक को भेज दिया। साथ ही लालू प्रसाद को जेल से छोड़ने का आदेश जारी किया।
राजनीति के विशेषज्ञों का कहना है कि लालू यादव की तबीयत अभी भी खराब चल रही है। उन्हें इलाज की जरूरत है और दिल्ली एम्स जाएंगे लेकिन उनका यह भी मानना है कि अभी तो कलाकार चल रहा है और बिहार की राजनीति मैं उठापटक कभी भी हो सकती है। यदि लालू यादव स्वस्थ हो जाते हैं तो हो सकता है कि बिहार में राजनीति राजनीति का पासा पलट सकता है और तेजस्वी पार्टी यानी कि लालू लालू यादव की पार्टी की सरकार बन सकती है जिसे देखते हुए नीतीश कुमार और अमित शाह बार-बार इस मामले को लेकर चर्चा करते हैं।
